Made with seafood from Sanriku, Iwate Prefecture.It's a hotpot with shottsuru broth.Ingredients: Sanriku seafood, fillets, scallops, fish balls, wakame seaweed, Chinese cabbage, burdock, carrots, green onions, mizuna, enoki mushrooms, tofu. Stock: Kelp stock, salt, sake, shottsuru (fish sauce). Condiments: green onions, grated daikon radish, homemade yuzu ponzu sauce.
